Pre-Order Terms

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a purchase made in advance of a product being made. When you place a pre-order with ROVEN, you are paying for a garment that will be manufactured specifically for you. Nothing is produced until your order exists. Your payment is collected at the time of purchase.

2. Batch Production Model

ROVEN produces in batches of 75 per colorway. Once 75 orders are placed, production is confirmed with our mill in Barcelos, Portugal. If a batch does not reach 75 orders within 45 days, every order in that batch is automatically refunded in full — no action required on your end. You will be notified either way.

3. Ship Window

Allow 6–8 weeks from the date your batch fills. This is an estimate based on our mill's current production schedule, not a guarantee. If there is a significant delay beyond the stated window, we will notify you directly and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. FTC Compliance

In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with a revised ship date and you will have the right to cancel for a full refund. We will not substitute your original order without your consent.

5. Cancellations

Every piece is made specifically for your order. Once a batch fills and production is confirmed with the mill, we are unable to cancel individual orders within that batch. If your batch has not yet filled, contact us at thomas.jenkins1214@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Returns & Manufacturing Defects

Every piece is made specifically for your order — we do not hold inventory and cannot accept general returns or size exchanges. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in shipping, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at thomas.jenkins1214@gmail.com with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

7. Shipping

All orders ship from Portugal. Free shipping is included on all orders. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer. ROVEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Payment

Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. All transactions are in USD. Your financial institution may apply international transaction fees — this is outside our control.
