Pre-Order Terms
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a purchase made in advance of a product being made. When you place a pre-order with ROVEN, you are paying for a garment that will be manufactured specifically for you after your order is received. Your payment is collected at the time of purchase.
2. Estimated Ship Window
All Drop 1 — VOID pre-orders carry an estimated ship window of 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing timelines may vary due to factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays via the email address provided at checkout.
3. FTC Compliance
In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with a revised ship date. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at that time. We will not substitute your original order without your consent.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because all ROVEN pieces are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of your order being placed). If production has not begun, contact us at thomas.jenkins1214@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of all ROVEN products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
6. Shipping
All orders ship from Portugal. Free shipping is included on all orders. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer. ROVEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Payment
Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed in USD. Your financial institution may apply international transaction fees — this is outside our control.
